At Pride in the Tiger Foundation, we believe the best ideas for student learning begin in the classroom. That’s why we’re proud to share that during the 2025-26 school year, we awarded $104,233 in Teacher Impact Grants to educators across Marshall’s public and private schools.
These grants helped bring innovative learning experiences to life for students of all ages and interests. From new classroom technology and hands-on science equipment to career and technical education tools, field trips, fine arts resources, and specialized support for students with unique learning needs, Teacher Impact Grants empowered educators to create meaningful opportunities that might not otherwise have been possible.
This year, funded projects included environmental learning experiences, AP exam cost assistance, speech and business competition opportunities, music and art resources, STEM projects, career and technical education equipment, sensory supports for special education classrooms, literacy initiatives, science lab materials, and countless other creative ideas designed to engage students and enhance learning.
The impact of these grants extends far beyond the dollars awarded. Each project represents a teacher who saw an opportunity, developed a plan, and worked to provide students with experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, confidence, and growth. Together, these investments help ensure that Marshall students have access to enriching educational opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.
